What we love
  • The spectacular terrine of foie gras crusted with dried figs and pistachios
  • The "spagolini," cross between spaghetti and tagliolini, invented by the restaurant and prepared with a mixture of organic flour and egg white
  • Also great in the spring, lamb shank shimmered in organic milk from the Roman countryside with orange-flavored sauce, garlic and artichokes
